Recipe #1: Bob Marley Frozen Cocktail

What you'll need:

  • 2 oz. light run
  • 1/2 oz. blue curaçao liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. orange curaçao liqueur
  • 4 oz. strawberry daiquiri mix
  • 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 3 oz. chopped mango (fresh is preferable, but frozen works as well)
  • Lime juice
  • Ice
  • Blender

First, make the red portion of the drink by combining the strawberry daiquiri mix, one cup of ice, and half of the rum into the blender. Blend until liquified, and pour the mixture into the bottom of your cocktail glass.

Next, to create the yellow part of the drink, combine the chopped mango, sweet and sour mix, orange curaçao liqueur, one cup of ice, and the rest of the rum into the blender. Blend until liquified, and pour only half of the mixture into the same glass.

Finally, to make the green portion of the drink, mix the remaining yellow blend with the blue curaçao liqueur and pour it on top of the cocktail glass.

Serve and enjoy!
