That first sip of a Shirley Temple when I was 7 was life changing. I franchised my successful lemonade stand business as a tween and by 17 I was brewing and bottling my own premium kombucha for sale. I paid my way through college working as a professional sommelier and created an international award-winning craft gin made with exotic, native botanicals I hand collected in the Brazilian rainforests. In my spare time I grow coffee beans in the Lam Dong province of Vietnam using a cutting-edge hydroponic system I created, run an organic banana beer production plant in Tanzania for charity and extract juice from endangered varieties of citrus fruits grown in an orchard on Spain's Mediterranean coast for medicinal purposes.
